Every creation at Fabric & Flowers is individually handcrafted with care. Because our floral arrangements and specialty gifts are made to order, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
All Sales Are Final for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal color preferences, or other non-defective issues once an order has been fulfilled.
Minor variations in flower positioning, fabric texture, decorative placement, and handmade finishing are natural characteristics of individually handcrafted items and do not automatically constitute damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact customer service within 15 calendar days of delivery.

- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.
- Photographs of the packaging, if the damage occurred during shipping.
Please retain the item and its packaging while your request is being reviewed.
Review & Resolution
Each claim will be reviewed individually.
Where a claim is approved, we may offer an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Please do not return any merchandise without receiving return instructions.
If a return is required because of an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, we will provide appropriate return instructions and address applicable return-shipping costs.
Customer Service Response Time
Please allow up to 48 hours for an initial response to your customer service inquiry.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund; however, all claims will be reviewed fairly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method when appropriate. The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Gift Cards
Digital gift card purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
