At Fabric & Flowers, every floral creation is thoughtfully handcrafted to order. We take care in preparing each arrangement so that every detail reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our boutique.

Production Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for the creation and preparation of handmade floral arrangements and specialty gifts.

Production begins after payment is confirmed and all necessary customization details have been received.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Estimated shipping transit time is 3–5 business days after the carrier receives your package, depending on the destination and carrier service.

Estimated Total Time

Please plan for approximately 10–19 business days from confirmed order details to estimated delivery.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Delays

If we anticipate being unable to ship your order within the stated production timeframe, we will contact you with an update and applicable options, including cancellation and refund rights where required by law.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated once an order has shipped.
