Welcome to Fabric & Flowers. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. About Our Business
Fabric & Flowers is a specialty gift boutique offering handcrafted satin and chenille flowers, floral bouquets, customized arrangements, and distinctive specialty gifts.
Every handmade creation is prepared with care and attention to detail.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Our handmade floral arrangements and specialty gifts are created after an order has been placed.
Please allow 7–14 business days for production after payment confirmation and receipt of all required customization information.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight differences in flower arrangement, petal shaping, material texture, and decorative details may occur.
These natural differences are part of the handcrafted process and do not automatically indicate a product defect.
3. Customization and Color Selection
Select floral arrangements offer personalized color combinations and bouquet sizes.
Customers may choose up to three flower colors at no additional color charge.
Each additional flower color costs $2, and any applicable customization charges will be displayed or confirmed before purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their chosen colors, quantities, bouquet sizes, and personalization instructions before submitting their orders.
If an order requires clarification, production may be delayed until the necessary details are confirmed.
4. Product Pricing and Payments
All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and customization charges will be calculated or displayed before checkout completion.
Full payment is required before made-to-order production begins, unless an alternative arrangement is expressly offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
5. Production and Shipping
The estimated production timeframe is 7–14 business days.
Once production is complete and the order has been shipped, estimated carrier transit is an additional 3–5 business days.
The estimated combined timeframe is approximately 10–19 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and offered any delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.

6. Returns, Damage Claims, and Refunds
Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preference.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, customers should contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Claims should include an order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the concern.
Claims will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund may be offered.

7. Order Cancellations and Changes
Customers should contact us promptly if they need to request a cancellation or change.
Because materials and production may be committed shortly after an order is placed, cancellation and modification requests are not guaranteed once work has begun.
Any cancellation or refund rights required under applicable law will be honored.
8. Digital Gift Cards
Fabric & Flowers may offer digital gift cards redeemable toward eligible purchases from our online store.
Gift cards have no cash redemption value except where required by law.
Gift card expiration, fees, and other conditions are governed by applicable laws and the terms disclosed at purchase.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding gift card information and redemption codes.
9. Product Images and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product colors, descriptions, and design details.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen, lighting, and material availability.
If a significant material or design substitution becomes necessary, we will contact the customer to discuss the proposed change before proceeding.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before purchase and responding to necessary customization questions.
Fraudulent purchases, payment misuse, or abusive use of the website may result in order cancellation or other appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Our original website content, photographs, descriptions, artwork, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution of our original materials is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

Updated terms will be published on our website. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights arising from previously completed purchases.
